  • Wayfair are renowned for their brilliant Black Friday deals: here's what to expect from Black Friday 2020.

It might feel a bit stressful that we basically blinked in March and suddenly it's Autumn, but there are some positives to it being the end of the year. Of course there's Halloween and Christmas, but there's also Black Friday, which has slightly snuck up on us.

This year, Black Friday falls on 27th November 2020, before Cyber Monday on 30th November. If you're unfamiliar with what the big day is even about, the shopping mania first started in America, where retailers got into a habit of offering up great deals the day after Thanksgiving, to give customers a head start on their Christmas shopping.

There are pretty much deals on EVERYTHING over the Black Friday week, including homeware, tech, beauty, fashion and even sex toys. And, unsurprisingly, some of the big name retailers get involved too, so keep an eye out for discounts from everyone from Amazon to Le Creuset.

But one Black Friday sale we're really looking forward to is Wayfair's. What can we expect from Wayfair's Black Friday deals 2020?

The short answer is we don't really know yet! Last year, early access to the sale began on November 22 and it ran through December 6. Basically Black week! Customers were treated to flash deals every three hours, in addition to site-wide discounts.

Highlights included up to 80 percent off(!) comforters and sheets, mattress toppers and pillows and area rugs, up to 75 percent off mattresses, wall art and bathroom upgrades and vanities. Elsewhere, Wayfair offered 70% off living room seating, accent furniture, outdoor furniture, dining furniture and lighting.

That meant there were bargain sofas and armchairs from £249, beds and mattresses from £99, rugs from £19 and mirrors from £29.99.

We know where we'll be shopping on 27th November 2020.
