Wherever he goes, we go.
The Mandalorian Season 4 is already on the way, even if it hasn't been officially announced yet.
Of course, details are a bit scant so far, but The Mandalorian creator and showrunner Jon Favreau has already given a few chestnuts about the next season, which he said is already written. Here's everything we know so far about Season 4 of The Mandalorian, but beware of The Mandalorian Season 3 spoilers ahead!

Is Grogu in The Mandalorian Season 4?
In a word: Probably. Because if he isn't, we'll riot. He's officially Din Djarin's apprentice now and goes by Din Grogu.
Who is in The Mandalorian Season 4 cast?
The cast of The Mandalorian Season 4 is obviously a bit up in the air depending on the events of The Mandalorian Season 3. That said, we can expect, at the very least, these stars to return:
Pedro Pascal as Din Djarin
International treasure and Internet Zaddy Pedro Pascal will once more play a reluctant father figure (albeit a lot less reluctant!) to Grogu, who is now officially his apprentice Din Grogu.
Brendan Wayne as Din Djarin
Brendan Wayne, one of the actors who plays Din Djarin in his armor, will likely return as needed for Season 4.

Carl Weathers as Greef Karga
Carl Weathers loved that Season 3 got a little dark and dived deeper than previous installments of The Mandalorian, and we're hoping that means it opens more opportunities for Greef Karga come Season 4 as well.

Katee Sackhoff as Bo-Katan Kryze
Being a fan favorite, we wouldn't be surprised to see Katee Sackhoff return as fellow Mandalorian warrior Bo-Katan Kryze—especially since she took her rightful place as leader of the Mandalorians, Dark Saber be damned.

Giancarlo Esposito as Moff Gideon
Giancarlo Esposito is a king, so really, we want this so badly—and honestly, Disney is smart enough to not let this guy go.
Esposito has said himself that a fourth season is likely in play, saying at People's Emmy Awards pre-show in 2020, "We’re living in a universe that is huge and there’s so much to explore. So I think this show is going to lay the groundwork for the depth and breadth that’s gonna come in Season 3 and Season 4, where you’re really gonna start to get answers."
Seeing as Moff Gideon was ostensibly killed in the Season 3 finale, some may not expect him to return, but remember: He may have a ton of clones running around the galaxy wreaking havoc already.

What happens in The Mandalorian Season 4?
While the plot is obviously being kept close to the Disney chest, but it's already in the works. Showrunner and creator Jon Favreau said in an early 2023 interview, “Season 4, yeah I’ve written it already. We have to know where we’re going to tell a fully formed story. We had mapped it out, Dave [Filoni] and I, and slowly you start to write each episode. I was writing it during post-production. All of it has to feel like a continuation and one full story.”
He added, “[Dave’s] doing Ahsoka, which I’m producing with him. He’s the writer and showrunner on that. To understand what’s happening on other shows. ... Skeleton Crew all take place within the same Star Wars time period. [There are] a lot more things that we’ve got to keep in mind and also stuff that we’ve built up to from previous seasons of The Mandalorian as well.”
It remains to be seen what will happen now that Bo-Katan Kryze has her leadership role back, but we can safely say we'll see Din Grogu being trained by Din Djarin.
