Back in June, a video of the current reigning World's Strongest Man champion Mitchell Hooper training with retired CrossFit GOAT Mat Fraser went viral, with footage of the strongman flipping a 660-pound pig being viewed more than 8 million times across various platforms.

After seeing the overwhelming response to that short clip, Hooper—whose sporting background also includes marathoning, football and powerlifting—has now shared a video of his entire workout with Fraser and CrossFit athlete Jayson Hopper. The session includes some high-intensity metcon work popular in CrossFit, as well as some classic strongman events.

And despite not having the same mobility or agility as your standard CrossFitter, the 6'2", 320-pound Hooper gamely takes on exercises like the backward roll.

"Do you think my biggest disadvantage is that my thighs won't come up to my chest because of the size of my stomach," he jokes, "or the biggest disadvantage is that I don't have a neck to tuck?"

Even more challenging is the loop de loop on the pullup bar, which Fraser performs with impressive form and core stability.

Next, though, it's Hooper's turn to take the CrossFitters to school, and he instructs them through the correct form for the log press, a staple strongman move where technique is everything. "When you learn technical stuff, most people, it shouldn't feel good on day one," he says. "To get at least an understanding of what feels better is good, but you have to convince yourself that your body is in a weaker position but you're putting the log in a stronger position. You've got to wrap your head around that."

After more classic moves from their respective arenas, including walking handstands and yoke carries, it's finally time for the 660-pound pig flip, which both Hooper and Hopper successfully complete—although five-time CrossFit Games champion Fraser has a complicated history with the Herculean exercise.

In the viral clip, Fraser recalls the first time the pig was included as an event in the CrossFit Games, back in 2015. "It was like, 10 or so flips and then legless rope climbs," he said. "And this thing destroyed me. I took dead last that year."
