How To Watch The World's Best Street Skaters Battle It Out In Rome This Weekend - Olympic Qualifiers
- Oops!Something went wrong.Please try again later.
The best of the best return to Rome's Parco di Colle Oppio skatepark this weekend to test their luck at the next stop of qualifiers for Paris 2024.
Expect to see everyone from Nyjah Huston, Yuto Horigame, Rayssa Leal and countless other heavy-hitters battling it out for their chance at a slot in the 2024 Olympic Games.
Practice sessions are well underway as more and more familiar faces, household names, and underdog up-and-comers get their first taste of the course.
Like previous Olympic qualifying events, the contest will begin with a men’s and women’s open qualifier where the top 27 skaters will advance to the quarter-finals. From there, the top five pre-seeded skaters (based on their Olympic World Skate Ranking) will join the contest.
When the dust settles, the field will then be chopped down again, leaving just eight skaters standing for the Men’s and Women’s Finals on Sunday, June 25th. Big weekend ahead!
All the real action begins Friday! Check the schedule below.
And be sure to stream it live on olympics.com!
