Laird Hamilton does it all.

He's a big wave surfer, tow-in co-inventor, and an all-around badass waterman who's totally ripped.

In his latest Instagram post, he offers a basic tutorial about a beach workout that can be done in the sun and the sand with friends, pre or post-surf session.

Hamilton captioned the clip with a simple outline of the workout below:

"Beach workout- Always feels so good to train, spend time with loved ones and Be out in nature Went for an hour today Inspired by @kneesovertoesguy"

Step 1: Pull the sled backward for 20 reps.

"We go garbage can to garbage can on beach," Hamilton wrote.

Step 2: Walking forward lunges in between.

"You walk it backwards, then your partner walks it back & you front lunge back," he advised

Step 3: Fifteen no-weight squats after every set.

Step 4: End with a walk forward with a heel strike to stretch.

"My suggestion: Create a window to work and do your best," Hamilton said.

That's it, easy peasy. Now get to the beach and give it a try.

Check out some of the viewer comments below:

"I would love to join! Awesome!!!! 🙌"

"Love it! Never waste a day!"

"Spicing up simple movements >>"

"Awesome!!!!👏🔥"

"Nothing better than sled drags. Especially in the sand."

"Wash the feet no sand in rover @lucapadua 😂"

At the end of the workout, Hamilton courteously rinses the sand off of some perfectly pedicured toes. We're guessing they belong to his wife, Gabby, since she's tagged in the vid. What a gentleman.
