Steve Harvey is starting his year strong. In a new video on his Instagram page, the Family Feud and The Steve Harvey Morning Show host can be seen working his upper body in the gym while wearing a branded merch T-shirt that bears the slogan "Ageless". Despite looking and sounding absolutely exhausted (he can't get any actual words out, just groans), Harvey drops to the floor and churns out a set of 12 vertical dumbbell pushups. Then, when his trainer remarks that he needs to do more, he gets back down and starts over.

"Let's GO!!!!!" He wrote in the caption, prompting an encouraging emoji from rapper Ludacris in the comments.

Harvey is the latest celebrity proving that you can keep in shape at any age. Last year, Law & Order star (and Twitter's Zaddy) Christopher Meloni broke down the workouts he uses at the age of 60 to stay strong and maintain those famous glutes muscles. Action star Jean-Claude Van Damme, 61, is still high-kicking and splitting his way through movies, while Lenny Kravitz, 57, advocates working out any place, any time.

Then you have veteran stars like the original Incredible Hulk, 70-year-old Lou Ferrigno, who is still training his chest and arms hard, three-time Mr. Olympia winner Frank Zane who's sharing his bodybuilding expertise on Instagram, and 74-year-old Arnold Schwarzenegger, who goes full beast mode in every workout at Gold's Gym after recovering from heart surgery.
