Watch: Pro Snowboarders Explore Rarely Ridden Lines On Splitboards

When Nick Russell, Forrest Shearer, Harry Kearney, and their splitboarding squad set out for the high sierras in search of late season powder, it was like watching a group of snow enthusiasts on a perpetual quest for the holy grail of snowboarding. These guys can't seem to get enough of the white stuff, even if it means braving harsh conditions or dancing with avalanches.

You see, these legendary riders have an uncanny ability to sniff out untouched slopes that are only accessible when the rest of us are cuddled up by the fireplace, sipping hot cocoa and binge-watching snowboarding videos. They're the kind of snowboarders who've mastered the art of convincing winter to extend its stay just a little while longer.

While most people bid farewell to winter when spring blooms, these daredevils view it as an opportunity to squeeze every last bit of joy out of the snow-covered mountains. They're like snowboarding's version of stubbornly hanging onto a melting popsicle stick because they refuse to let go of the deliciousness.

So here's to Nick, Forrest, Harry, and their brave companions, who prove that when it comes to snowboarding, the only limit is the calendar and the occasional avalanche (but hey, who's counting?).
