How to Watch the PBS Hit All Creatures Great and Small

When All Creatures Great and Small premiered during the peak of the COVID-19 pandemic, it was the soothing series we all needed. And this weekend, as Omicron surges throughout the United States, the 1930s-set show about a veterinarian in the English Yorkshire Dales returns to Masterpiece to offer the weekly dose of calm we still need.
Ahead of the season two premiere, here's how to catch up on the series.

The first season of All Creatures Great and Small is currently available on PBS's streaming platform, Passport. The online service, which can be used on the computer as well as smartphones and through TV applications like Roku, Amazon Fire, or Apple TV, is an added benefit for donors to PBS. Each individual station sets the requirements for membership, but according to the national organization, generally speaking, "the PBS Passport member benefit requires a station donation of at least $60 a year, or $5 Sustainer/Ongoing-monthly gifts."

Use Amazon Prime.
The first season of All Creatures Great and Small is also available to stream on Amazon Prime, with a Masterpiece PBS add-on subscription, which costs $5.99/month after a 7-day trial, in addition to a Prime subscription.

What about the old seasons of All Creatures Great and Small?
The current Masterpiece version of the show is a reboot. The older version of the series is also available to stream on Amazon, only this time you'll need a BritBox subscription in addition to your Amazon Prime subscription. BritBox costs $6.99 per month after a 7-day free trial.

Sadly, neither version is available to stream on Netflix at present. That said, the original version of the series is available through Netflix's DVD subscription. Check that out here.
