Cardi B and Offset literally live to shock the public. First they got secret-married and didn't tell the world until eight months later, then Cardi B announced via her Instagram last week that the two are in the process of getting a divorce. Now the two parents to baby Kulture are dropping another bombshell-Offset wants his wife back.

In an emotional Instagram video shared by the rapper, Offset pleas for Cardi B to forgive him (presumably for cheating on her) and to take him back so he can spend Christmas with her and their daughter. Watch and read the full transcript of his statement below.

“I’ve only got one birthday wish, and that’s to get my wife back, Cardi. You know what I’m saying? We’re going through a lot of things right now, a lot of things in the media. I want to apologize to you, Cardi. You know I embarrassed you, I made you look crazy. I was partaking in activity that I shouldn’t have been [partaking] in and I apologize for breaking your heart, breaking that promise, breaking God’s promise, and being a selfish and messed up husband. I’m trying to be a better person. I want to get this off my shoulders, I want to get this off my back. I apologize to you, Cardi. I love you and Kulture, I want to spend Christmas with you. I want to be able to spend the rest of my life with you. I apologize, I’m sorry for what I’ve done for you. I didn’t fuck that girl but I was entertaining her, you know what I'm saying?
I love you, I hope you can forgive me. It’s my birthday wish to have you back.”

"Forgive me, Cardi B. All I want for my B-day," Offset captioned the video. It's unclear exactly what ended their relationship, but Cardi B did report to W in October that cheating rumors (which Offset appears to have confirmed in this new video) were at least partially to blame.

“Every single day there’s rumors about me and my dude," she told the outlet. "And it almost drives me crazy, because I start to believe them. I don’t have no proof. I don’t have receipts. But I just got to know my man. We practically on the phone 24 hours a day. If I can’t find him, I’m going to find his friend. Somebody going to answer the phone. But I cannot be feeling insecure, to a point that I would drive my dude away, because these people want that to happen.”
