You Can Watch More Than a Hundred Episodes of ‘I Love Lucy’ on Hulu Right Now
It’s impossible to talk about television history without mentioning the hijinks and hilarity of I Love Lucy. The classic sitcom aired from 1951 to 1957 and offered up six seasons of hilarity starring Lucille Ball and Desi Arnaz as Lucy and Ricky Ricardo and Vivian Vance and William Frawley as their friends and neighbors Ethel and Fred Mertz. It’s definitely time for a re-watch, and lucky for us, we can revisit all of the couples’ funniest capers by streaming them on Hulu now.
The streaming service currently offers 102 episodes over the series’ 6 seasons available to watch immediately. Hulu describes the series this way, “Lucy Ricardo is a scatterbrained housewife whose husband, Ricky, is a bandleader at a nightclub. Lucy and Ricky's best friends are landlords Fred and Ethel Mertz who often become unwitting participants in Lucy's get-rich-quick and other wild schemes. From sneaking into Ricky's shows to hiding household indiscretions, Lucy's antics have held audiences' attention for decades and have made her one of TV's most beloved characters.” In episodes filled with funny misunderstandings and outlandish situations, there’s never a shortage of Lucy-based laughs. In total, the show aired 181 episodes, and we’re glad to be able to have so many of them at our fingertips now available to stream at the touch of a button.
