A very happy Miley Cyrus Release Day to all who celebrate! While fans everywhere embrace the beauty that is the glorious new Miley album, Endless Summer Vacation, the "Flowers" singer has been celebrating ahead of time. Specifically, she's been posting lots of fun content on IG in honor of the big day.

In one particular post, which includes a video segment from her music video for "River," one of the new songs, Miley is wearing a black halter body con dress that shows off her super toned legs and arms. She gets busy dancing on the stage to the new track, and it is perfection.

“ENDLESS SUMMER VACATION + RIVER VIDEO OUT NOW,” Miley captioned one of the posts. Fans were going wild in the captions, telling the pop star how excited they were for her much-anticipated release. “WE ARE READY,” wrote one fan. Another chimed in “what a time to be a miley stan.” Big facts!

She also decided to gift everyone this little choreo moment...

And one final photo of herself within a circle of candles. Not sure if this is a moment of romance or witchcraft, but either way I’m in!

Miley is looking mega-strong and confident while promoting her album. Seriously, she's been treating everyone to her behind-the-scenes music video moments, and her legs, arms, and everything are super sculpted.

If you were wondering about her usual workout routine, you’ve come to the right place. The Wrecking Ball singer is a big fan of yoga, particularly Ashtanga, which she’s been practicing for years. The singer is also known to run while singing, which is some seriously impressive cardio.

During a 2016 interview on The Tonight Show Miley told Jimmy Fallon that “the thing about Ashtanga yoga is that sometimes it can be really uninspiring because the teacher will say, ‘Oh, don’t worry that’s just going to take you 10 years [to get], and you’re like ‘Wait, what?'"

But she's not one to give up. At one point, Miley also told Elle Australia she was practicing yoga six days a week for two hours per day. So clearly, she's gunning to perfect some of those major yoga moves.

Oh, and she also used to love Pilates. Her former instructor, Mari Winsor told People back in 2013 that when it came to her Pilates workouts, Miley liked to mix up her moves. “It’s at least a half an hour of working out…you have to learn how to not just tighten up your tummy but actually pull your tummy into your lower back as much as you can.” Damn.

As for her diet, Miley has gone from being a former vegan to following a pescatarian diet. The former was too restrictive for this singer, and she found a better balance when she was able to eat fish and other non-vegan options.
