Watch: Meteorologist Delivers Flawless Live Forecast While Snowboarding

Looks like it was a snow news day in Utah with 2News meteorologist Chase Thomason giving an entire weather forecast while snowboarding down Solitude (which is now closed), along with 2News camera operator Randy Likness. If you are looking to ride like Chase right now in Utah, Brighton is still open for another week!

The camera operator might be the most impressive thing about the video. He keeps Chase in frame for a majority of the video, keeps it steady and allows the anchor to deliver a solid report that sounds like  he is right in the studio. Did he memorize the report or is there a cue card holder that isn't getting any credit? Honestly, with the chance to become a blooper legend on the internet, news anchors should be taking risks with their live shots like this way more often. If he fell, Chase would have been an internet celebrity overnight. And while we don't condone internet celebrity in the slightest, it probably would help with reaching a younger audience that is getting their news from Tik Tok and Twitter.
