Watch Lizzo Perform a "Truth Hurts" Medley at Grammys 2020

Complete with flute solo.

Lizzo came to conquer Grammys 2020 with a medley performance that was good as hell.

At the ceremony on Jan. 26, Lizzo took the stage (after arriving on the carpet in iconic white Versace) to sing her album title track, "Cuz I Love You," complete with full orchestra, which she conducted of course. She began her performance with a moment in memory of Kobe Bryant: "Tonight is for Kobe," she said.

After singing "Cuz I Love You," the song then segued into a gorgeous ballerina interlude, before transitioning to her most famous single, "Truth Hurts" — and a flute solo to top everything off.

Essentially, it was the perfect way to start the singer-songwriter's night at Grammys 2020. She has led the nominations for the evening, with eight in total: Record of the Year, Album of the Year, Song of the Year, Best New Artist, Best Pop Solo Performance, Best R&B Performance, Best Urban Contemporary Album, and Best Traditional R&B Performance (which she already won — congratulations!).

In the words of Lizzo, "Welcome to the Grammys, b*tch."
