On Tuesday, Sept. 29, Wounded Warrior Project, in partnership with Yahoo News will host a live stream event around veteran mental health. The event — Invisible Wounds: A Town Hall on Reframing Veteran Mental Health — will be hosted by journalist Brittany Jones-Cooper and feature a panel of veterans and experts from the veteran service charity organization Wounded Warrior Project and Warrior Care Network (its partner care network). The event can be watched live at 11 a.m. ET/8 a.m. PT in the player above.

This virtual event will feature veterans Jason Foster and Taniki Richard, who will relay their journey transitioning to civilian life after active duty service and explain how Wounded Warrior Project programs helped them overcome their mental health struggles. Leadership from Wounded Warrior Project will illustrate the need for robust mental health services for the veterans, the emotional challenges this population faces upon re-entry to civilian life and the exciting innovations in mental health treatment provided by WWP. Speakers will include:
