This instantly iconic moment went down ahead of the Oscars at the Elton John AIDS Foundation Oscars Party, where Gaga and Caitlyn had a chance to catch up with each other on the red carpet and make small talk about coffee.

In the video, which you can/should watch immediately, Caitlyn muses, “Are you spending time around Malibu anymore?” to which Gaga replies, “Yes.” Caitlyn then says, “I haven’t seen you at the Starbucks in a while” (SCREAMING), and Gaga responds, “I’ve switched baristas.” (SCREAMING LOUDER)

Kay, after this incredible exchange, Gaga went over to the Academy Awards, where she changed into a chic tux and presented the award for Best Picture with Liza Minnelli. That’s right, two amazing looks in one evening.

And actually, Gaga recently opened up about her love for a blazer in an interview with KUTV 2 News (via People), saying, “My mother was my first fashion icon. Just watching her get ready for work. I loved watching her. She only had, like, four blazers to go to work in, but man, did she know how to wear these blazers. She would do her makeup with drugstore makeup. She really knew how to put herself together. She’s my beautiful Italian mother. That’s where I first started. My mother is a powerful woman. Strength and fashion kind of go hand in hand for me.”
