Kristin Cavallari has been talking about how she changed up her workout routine recently, and she just gave a BTS glimpse that shows off just how strong she’s become.

In the snippet, which she dropped on her Instagram Story, the 35-year-old actress can be seen getting ready to lift some serious weights at the gym. “Heaviest weight I’ve done,” she wrote, noting that she was working her way through four sets of five reps of trap bar deadlifts, with the bar loaded up at 155 pounds.

You can see Kristin looking all kinds of determined before gripping the bar, standing up straight, bending back down into a squat position, and repeating. In the background, you can hear someone say, “it’s done,” as she gives a little cheer. Kristin FTW!

Kristin made the whole thing look easy, and it’s hard to miss the fact that she’s just strong all around. Her arms are jacked and she has some impressively strong abs on display, too.

The Uncommon James CEO told Us Weekly at the end of June that she’s “put on a lot of weight in the last few years, but in a good way."

“My goal is sort of, right now, just to maintain the muscle that I have. I’m not trying to lose weight,” she said. “I don’t weigh myself. I can tell how my clothes fit me.”

Kristin said consistency is important for keeping up her strength. “I’m really petite. I have no hips. I’m just small. And so if I don’t work out for like a week or two, I feel like all my muscle goes away,” she shared. “So it is about consistency for me.”

How does she do it? Kristin said she works out three times a week with her trainer. “He kicks my ass. He pushes me really hard,” she told Us Weekly. “He has me actually lifting really heavy weight, the heaviest weight I’ve ever lifted in my entire life. I feel the best I ever have. I feel like I’m the strongest I’ve ever been.”

FWIW, Kristin also said she’ll do workouts on her own in between ones with her trainer. “I’ll work out and maybe do 30 minutes of a VersaClimber [on a fourth day], which will also kick your butt.” And the best part is, she feels “really comfortable in my skin right now.”

And she's has gotten some impressive results from her new workout routine. Exhibit A:

Kristin also told Us Weekly in another interview that she tries to eat healthy. “The way I eat is a lifestyle,” she said. “Organic as often as possible, tons of veggies, meat, nuts and seeds, complex carbs like buckwheat soba noodles, berries, tons of fat—I even eat butter.”

Her go-to meals include things like eggs with goat cheese, avocado and sautéed spinach, a big salad for lunch, and enchilada casseroles, burrito bowls, and poké bowls for dinner. She's also a fan of incorporating protein into all three of her meals, a tip she shared with Women's Health back in 2020.

Yesss! Get it, Kristin.
