Showcasing her goosebump-inducing vibrato and expert breath control, Clarkson treated her live studio audience and viewers to her take on the famous tune.

After the official Kelly Clarkson Show Instagram account shared a clip of Clarkson's cover, fans headed to the comments section to share their thoughts on her spin on it.

"This shattered my soul. Never have I heard this song so heartbreaking. Literally started crying," one wrote as another added: "I was not prepared for this. INCREDIBLE."

Someone else concurred: "How does she make every song sound 10 times better?!?!" as one other fan noted: "This is a stunning version of this amazing song. Kelly, you’ve raised the bar again with the gift of your vocal prowess."
