Watch Jordan Daniels’s New York Fashion Week Morning Routine

Year after year, the light at the end of the New York Fashion Week tunnel is the Michael Kors show on Wednesday morning. It’s the first show of the last day of presentations, meaning that if you can make it to Kors, well, NYFW is almost done. The designer drew his crowd out to Duggal Greenhouse in Brooklyn’s Navy Yard for his Spring 2020 show.

For his Americana-themed collection, Kors tapped 21-year-old Jordan Daniels to walk his runway in a sharp yellow duffel with matching sunnies. Daniels invited Vogue to tag along on her morning routine before showtime, which started with her skin. Wearing sunscreen every day is Daniels’s secret to maintaining a healthy glow after a week of long hours, little sleep, and lots of beauty looks for this season’s ever-packed schedule of shows and presentations.

Born in New Zealand and raised in South Africa, Daniels gave up school, dumped her boyfriend, and left her family behind three years ago to follow her modeling dreams in Los Angeles. From living in model apartments, which she claims are similar to the college dorm life, to landing bookings for Valentino and McQueen, Daniels continues to strengthen her model bona fides.

Here, follow Daniels as she preps for Michael Kors on the final day of Fashion Week, from room service to the runway.
