Jennifer Garner has defied the odds of fitness and gravity. On Wednesday, the Wonder Park actress shared an Instagram video where she's jumping rope at the speed of light, and we are 1,000% impressed.

In the video, the 47-year-old is breaking a sweat in her home gym while wearing black leggings and a matching tank. Not only is the actual jump rope a fast-moving blur, but she maintains a beaming smile from start to finish. "And then, she napped. 👵🏼🥊" Garner captioned the post, tagging her personal trainer Beth Nicely.

Lots of celebs were just as impressed as we were. "OMG I’m in awe," Debra Messing commented, while Candace Cameron Bure wrote, " 🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼." Rachel Zoe said, "That body though!!! @jennifer.garner 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥 🤸♀️" and Chelsea Handler commented, "Who doesn’t love you???? No one!"

And you also may have noticed how ripped her arms look? The star previously told Prevention.com that she does cardio first thing in the morning, but not the running kind. She loves Body by Simone, an at-home workout DVD that includes dance, bodyweight training, and high intensity cardio. "It just makes you happy and gets your blood pumping and you’re ready to go," she said.

But she's not hung up on breaking a sweat every single day. The mom of three and actress aims for balance. "If there are a couple of days a week where I’m traveling and I can’t make it happen, then that's okay, I don’t stress," she said.

She also maintains a pretty healthy diet. "I try to keep it super simple. I know I'm going to have a big salad every day with some protein on it and lots of good fats, like nuts, cheese, and avocado with tons of veggies chopped up on there," she said. "I know that’s going to be lunch and I know that I’m going to try and be done eating by 7:30 at night—and that’s a challenge. Those things are important."

If you scroll through Garner's Instagram feed, you'll notice that she loves to garden and cook her own healthy foods, like squash an whole grain bread.

Ultimately, Garner advises finding a plan that works for you and your lifestyle. "If you find a couple of things that work for you and stick to them, it’s really helpful," she said.
