Jennifer Garner regularly drops little snippets of her workouts on Instagram and TikTok, and she has made it clear that she’s not taking it easy in the exercise department. But apparently her kids think otherwise, so she’s here with a new video to show them what’s really up.

The 50-year-old just shared video on Instagram of herself doing a jump-based workout that’s truly impressive. First, there’s Jennifer jumping onto and off of high boxes stacked like stairs, doing deep jump squats, doing sideways jumps over a BOSU ball, and doing jumps into push-ups before springing back up and doing it all over again. The whole routine looks seriously intense—and it is, in fact, an amazing way to get in cardio with all-over toning. Of course, Garner did it all with a huge smile on her face.

While the video is inspirational, the caption is hilarious. “If your kids call your workout Jazzercise and it nearly kills you to complete it, do you have the right to video yourself and put it out there to haunt them when they are fifty? 👟🤷🏻♀️,” she wrote, before tagging her trainer, Beth Nicely.

People cheered Garner on in the comments. “This is pretty hardcore,” said Chelsea Handler, while Jenna Fischer chimed in with, “this is so badass and I’m here for it.”

This is hardly Garner’s first time showing off her next-level jumping skills. Back in September, she shared video of herself training to jump onto a box that was an impressive 33 inches high (!!).

Nicely previously told Shape that Garner “likes to work really hard” and is “very, very strong” (yeah, it shows… ). She even gave Garner a glowing endorsement, saying that she’s, "a professional athlete in what she's capable of physically."

Their workouts heavily feature plyometric box jumps, along with strength training arm exercises, and plank variations, per Shape. But Garner doesn’t just jump onto boxes. She’ll do donkey kicks off of trampolines, as you can see in this video. Apparently, she’s into running and indoor cycling, too, because there’s a Peloton Tread in the background, along with a Peloton bike.

Hiking is on the menu, too: Garner recently shared photos of herself and friends working their way across snowy terrain.

On the food front, Garner has made it clear she eats healthy, while making room for plenty of baked goodies that she usually features in her Pretend Cooking Show.

Garner worked with celebrity nutrition guru Kelly LeVeque for Peppermint, and shared on Instagram that she drank LeVeque’s Be Well Smoothie (which includes collagen, flax and chia seeds, almond butter, almond milk, spinach, and blueberries) “every day for breakfast” while filming. She’s even kept it up. “I actually have really liked the diet, so I've stuck on it," she told Wired.
