Watch Jennifer Aniston Surprise 'Friends' Fans During Central Perk Tour
Jennifer Aniston surprised fans during a Warner Bros. Studio Tour of the Friends set.
She gave fans a hard time when they declared Joey as their favorite cast member.
The actress filmed the spot as she stood in as host on The Ellen DeGeneres Show.
Jennifer Aniston added another string to her bow this week when she took over The Ellen DeGeneres Show for the day.
Aniston took the opportunity to return to the Friends set on the Warner Bros. lot, where The Ellen DeGeneres Show is also filmed, to surprise some fans. Visitors gathered on the famous Central Perk couch to get their photos taken, blissfully unaware that Rachel Green herself was hiding behind them.
Aniston picked the perfect moments to jump out, and fans were literally screaming when they realized the actress was really there.
Obviously, the actress was less than impressed when visitors said their favorite characters were Ross, Joey, Chandler, Phoebe, or Monica. She literally turned to the camera and made a hilariously grumpy expression. But, seriously, why did no-one say Rachel?!
Rumors about a possible Friends reunion have been floating around since the series ended in 2004. Most recently, it was reported that HBO Max is considering an unscripted reunion episode featuring the show's original cast members.
The co-creator of Friends, Marta Kauffman, told Entertainment Tonight at the 2020 Producers Guild Awards, "If it happens, we will certainly be involved in it... But I don't know." She continued, "It's complicated. It's very complicated... It's everything. It's a very complicated thing to do."
