Jane Fonda is here to keep you motivated during quarantine. The 80s fitness icon and Grace and Frankie star has been sharing workout videos to her TikTok, and you’re not going to want to miss her latest.

Fonda shared a special 9 to 5 themed video to her TikTok showing off a day in the life, and you’ll want to watch it over and over. In the video, the actress jumps out of bed and pours herself some coffee inside a cup featuring her iconic 1970s mugshot. (How’s that for motivation?) “Mug shot makes a good mug shot 😉,” she writes, as Dolly Parton’s “9 to 5” plays in the background.

Then, Fonda heads to a wall to do some squats using a small medicine ball behind her back—and her form is impressive! “I did these squats in jail 😌,” she wrote in the clip. After wrapping up her workout, she throws on her red protest coat and gets to work on her Fire Drill Friday campaign. After catching up with her team in a virtual meeting, she pours herself a martini (very Grace Hanson of her), and passes out at 5:01 p.m. “Work hard, play hard,” she captions the clip of her sleeping on her laptop next to an empty drink.

The inspo behind the video? “Lots of amazing young people working beyond 9-5 to save the climate. I joined them and so can you! #earthday #9to5 #FireDrillFriday,” she wrote in the caption.

In a new essay for People, Fonda announced she would be continuing her Fire Drill Friday protests, which previously took place in Washington D.C., virtually. “COVID-19 is teaching us how dangerous denial is and how important science and preparedness is. It’s also proving that we are able to take massive collective action when the stakes are high,” she writes. “I never imagined protesting in front of my computer, but right now it’s just as important.”

“We mustn’t allow our government to help corporations, especially the fossil-fuel industry, instead of its citizens,” she continues. “Fighting for the climate can create countless jobs, reallocate funds to invest in clean, renewable energy and end our dependence on oil.”

The activist will also make an appearance at Earth Day Live, a three-day online mobilization in honor of the 50th anniversary of Earth Day. Despite quarantine, it looks like Fonda hasn’t slowed down one bit. She totally deserves that martini!
