Invincible, the animated superhero show from Walking Dead creator Robert Kirkman, returns to Amazon Prime Video this week.

Invincible Season 2 picks up where Season 1 left off, with Mark Grayson, son of the most powerful superhero on the planet, trying to rebuild his life after his father betrayed him.

Invincible Season 2 premieres on Amazon Prime Video on Friday November 3, and runs for four weeks before a mid-season break. It then returns in “early 2024” for the final four episodes, according to Amazon.

Invincible Season 2 stars JK Simmons as Omni-Man, Steven Yeun as Invincible, Sandra Oh as Debbie Grayson, Gillian Jacobs as Atom Eve and Walter Goggins as Cecil Stedman.

Creator Robert Kirkman recently said he was open to a movie based on Invincible, but there was still "a lot of work to be done" if it was to ever happen. A more solid project is the promised spin-off video game for Atom Eve, due November 14 on Steam.

Meanwhile, Invincible's dad, Omni-Man, is coming to Mortal Kombat 1 DLC later this month.
