How to Watch the Golden Globes 2019 Online

Here’s how to watch the Golden Globe Awards on Sunday if you don’t have cable but have a computer or streaming device.

The holidays are over, which means awards show season is officially upon us. First up: You’ll need to know how to watch the Golden Globes, aka Hollywood’s Party of the Year, on Sunday, January 6.

Killing Eve’s Sandra Oh and Brooklyn Nine-Nine’s Andy Samberg are teaming up to host the 76th annual show at the Beverly Hilton. The two Golden Globe–winners aren’t strangers: The pair presented an award together at the 2018 Primetime Emmys and were picked for their wit, charm, and style, according to a statement from Paul Telegdy and George Cheeks of NBC Entertainment. “It’s sure to be another unforgettable fun-filled night.”

Vice leads the nomination count with six, followed by A Star Is Born, The Favourite, and Green Book with five. Homecoming is up for three awards, as well as fan favorite The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel.

In preparation for the evening, NBC released a trailer featuring Oh and Samberg talking about the elephant in the room, as well as a compilation of fails and flubs from shows throughout the years.

Whatever your motivation, Sunday’s show is a must-watch. The 2019 Golden Globes will air on NBC at 8:00 p.m. EST. If you find yourself sans TV, you can watch the three-hour telecast via NBC’s website upon providing your cable credentials. If cable is no longer part of your life, your best streaming options are subscribing to Hulu’s Live TV plan, Sling TV, or YouTube TV.
