Watch: Gentle Panther Sweetly Gives Rottweiler a 'Bath'
Talk about an unexpected pair of BFFs! Luna is a black panther who was adopted at a young age by a woman who also had a dog named Venza. The two have been raised together and are inseparable. In this video posted on Wednesday, August 23rd, we see Luna giving Venza a bath, and she's so gentle and loving while she does it!
We see Venza laying on the couch, fully rested. Luna is standing next to her and is bathing her just like she would another cat. Mom is recording the interaction and walks up to Venza for a snuggle. The whole thing is so sweet!
The spoiled rottweiler returns Luna's love with a lick to her ear. I just love these two! They are both always so playful and loving in the adventures their mom shares with us all. I could watch them all day!
People loved the sweet video, and also had questions about the beautiful panther. @estescharless asks, "I've always been curious, is Luna potty trained? Does she go outside?" Another commenter replied, "At home she uses a regular litter box. There was a video about it. It's now a little bit small for her, but she loves it." And I agree with @ginabean1975 who says, "How precious! These two cheer me up!"
How did Luna's mom end up with a panther? @Luna the Pantera was born in a Siberian zoo, but her real mom rejected her. Victoria, the woman who bought Luna from the zoo, had experience with big cats and hoped to raise her, though her chances of survival were slim. But miracles do happen, and Luna is thriving now! Venza was already there when Luna was brought home, and the two are now BFFs and do everything together.
