Tia-Clair Toomey, the most highly acclaimed female CrossFit athlete of all time, is busy training for what may well be her sixth win at the annual CrossFit Games. In a recent video on her YouTube channel, following a video where she shared everything she keeps in her gym bag, Toomey offered a guided tour of her newly renovated workout space.

While her gym at home in Australia is more expansively equipped and tailored to her needs as an athlete, Toomey is pleased with the results of the work that she and husband Shane Orr have put in to transforming their garage in Nashville, where they will be filming content for their PRVN fitness brand.

In addition to standard workout equipment like dumbbells, kettlebells, barbells, and medicine balls, the garage gym also includes some sport-specific machines, including a rowing machine ("this will turn you into a weapon"), a BikeErg ("I've done a few workouts on this one, and can say that they hurt"), and an Echo Bike.

"I think this is an incredible machine to use when programming for all kinds of fitness levels," Toomey says of the Echo, "and especially for people who may not be able to run."

A rig with a combined weight rack and pullup bar is mounted to the wall, a feat that Toomey assures the viewer took a lot of effort on her and Orr's part to achieve, and next to it the weight plates are hung neatly on the wall. These are actually special competition plates from the 2021 CrossFit Games, gifted to Toomey from Rogue. "I actually have all my other years back in Australia at our other gym," she says.

Finally, the Fittest Woman on Earth's home gym would not be complete without one last CrossFit staple: a whiteboard on which to plan out her WODs.
