Elizabeth Hurley is getting her groove on wearing a black bikini and crocheted cover-up in a new Instagram.

In need of some weekend dance floor inspiration? Well, Elizabeth Hurley has you covered with her latest Instagram video. The supermodel, 56, is here to remind us that shameless moving and grooving is the best kind, especially when done in a black bikini.
On April 23, Hurley spent her Saturday night jamming in what appears to be an outdoor venue. In the clip, she dances in a black bikini draped in a matching crocheted cover-up (presumably from Elizabeth Hurley Beach) with her hands above her head as she sways from side to side. The person behind the camera asks, “What are you doing?” and Hurley responds with a laugh: “I don’t know?!” And that’s totally acceptable.
Hurley is clearly able to embrace her silly side and poke fun at herself, which we love. “How to embarrass your friends #specialskill 😘,” she captioned the post. The reality was, though, most of her followers found the clip more endearing than anything.
“Oh I’m not embarrassed at all! I’m doing what your doing 😍😍😍😍,” one person commented. “That is the most loveliest awkward dance ever,” another added. “Haha! love it!” someone else wrote.
Given her beachy attire, Hurley may still be on location for her latest film, which she teased in another recent post that pictured her lounging in a turquoise string bikini. “Filming on a sunny island has its pros #newmovie #fatherchristmasisback…again 😘,” she captioned the post. The latter hashtag refers to her holiday comedy, Father Christmas Is Back. Although nothing official about a sequel is out yet, it sounds like there could be a tropical-themed part two in the works.
In the first film, released in November 2020, Hurley plays one of four sisters who reunite with their estranged father for the Christmas holiday. Needless to say, it makes for an interesting gathering. Perhaps this time around, the group is celebrating with a beach vacation.
In preparation for the work, Hurley had some healing to do after injuring her ankle last year, so she completed a stay at VIVAMAYR Maria Wörth, a holistic luxury wellness resort in Austria in February. “I tore the ligaments in my left ankle whilst filming in the Caribbean in November. Lying on the sofa for two months, followed by a month of limping around in an air boot, meant that I basically became a slug,” Hurley wrote on Instagram. “I don’t weigh myself but my jeans were objecting violently to being done up so something had to be done.”
Considering she’s alright busting a move now, she must be fully recovered. Here’s to many more boogying summer nights!
