Wow! If you loved the Academy Award-winning movie Bohemian Rhapsody, just wait until you see this Queen-themed pimple-popping video! I was so overwhelmed when I watched this, I almost fell to the ground à la Rami Malek tumbling off the Oscars stage.

Dr. Sandra Lee, aka Dr. Pimple Popper, recently posted a blackhead-popping video with the caption: "Under. Pressure. 👉🏼💥👈🏼#drpimplepopper #bowie #queen." In the Instagram post-which has racked up over a million views-Lee applies pressure around a patient's blackheads, causing juicy yellowish pus to spew out at a borderline nauseating rate.

"Anybody else seen that little piece fly out at the end?" asked one commenter. Reader, I have to be honest with you, I did not catch the little piece flying out at the end, and I'm not sure I have the stomach to go back and look for it. May you enjoy it, if you see it.

What are blackheads, anyway?

Blackheads happen when oil and skin cells get trapped in open hair follicles, Heidi Waldorf, M.D., a professor of dermatology at Icahn School of Medicine of Mount Sinai, previously told Men's Health. The oil and skin cells turn black because the hair follicle is open, meaning all that gunk gets oxidized.

While it's tempting to pull a Dr. Pimple Popper and squeeze them with all your might, Waldorf says you may end up irritating your skin or causing permanent scarring. Depending on the severity of the blackheads, you may want to try a face cleanser, wipes, or a dermatologist-prescribed medication. Neutrogena's classic oil-free face wash is a good place to start.
