Fire up the grill. In a new Instagram video, Dr. Pimple Popper—aka, dermatologist and TLC host Dr. Sandra Lee, MD—pulls a turkey burger-like lipoma out of a patient’s back. And this stubborn mass teaches Dr. Lee a good lesson in patience and perseverance.

In the clip, Dr. Lee makes an incision into the growth, then reaches in deep with her forceps to pull out the lipoma. As she wrestles with the mass, she says it’s “tearable” (not "terrible," though that would also be accurate), making it hard to wiggle out.

The famed dermatologist decides to use her hands to grip the lipoma, taking her time to wiggle and finagle the growth free. Dr. Lee is so stuck on keeping the mass intact because a clean removal virtually guarantees the growth stays gone for good.

Once the mass emerges, it looks like a “burger,” according to one fan. Specifically, the mass will probably remind you of a poultry-based turkey patty.

A lipoma is a fatty noncancerous growth that grows between the skin and muscle, and is usually a yellowish-orange color.
