Holy cow, popaholics! It's been almost a week since our last juicy Dr. Pimple Popper video, but in all honesty, that's because Dr. Sandra Lee hasn't been posting that many archive videos lately. Why? Welp, according to her Instagram, she's on vacation and spending time with her babies (Awwwww!). But before going on a total hiatus, our favorite cyst-whispering pimple queen blessed us with the motherlode of all cysts. I'm going to need you all to brace yourselves, because you truly are not ready for this cystuation and that's a fact.

On Instagram, Dr. Lee treated her followers to an older video of her removing a particularly pesky pilar cyst from the top a older gentleman's head. In all honesty, the bump doesn't look thattttt mean, but it does give the distinct impression of those lumps that Looney Tunes characters would get on the very top of their head. You know, when an anvil falls on them? An example, below:

Now that you have that frame of reference in your mind, let's get back to that pilar cyst. Dr. Lee wasted no time and promptly made the incision, cutting along the sharpie line that marked the spot her scalpel cuts through. Before you even have the chance to blink an eye, Dr. Lee basically squeezed the life outta that sucker and earned a perfectly circular-shaped egg from the man's head in exchange for her effort. I kid you not, this is legit one of the CRAZIEST cyst-squeezes I have ever seen. Marvel at the man's lump below:

Surely, I am not the only one impressed. It might look like an egg, but some of the IG users in the comments said it looks like an eyeball and a golf ball. Cysts come in all shapes and sizes, you know!
