In a new Instagram video, Dr. Pimple Popper—aka dermatologist and TLC host Dr. Sandra Lee, MD—drains a “dijon mustard” chest cyst that is ready to burst. Get ready for both shock and dismay in equal doses with this pop.

In the clip, Dr. Lee makes an incision into the center of the patient’s chest, which is where the bulbous cyst is located. She then works to meticulously pull the patient's skin away from the encapsulated mass. The famed dermatologist then makes an incision into to cyst's sac, careful not to let the goopy insides explode all over her. Once the cyst is properly punctured, it spills a collection of yellow-hued mushy contents that looks quite disturbing.

Some commenters described the cyst's contents as “dijon mustard” or “wasabi.” You’ll definitely want to avoid both condiments for a while after seeing this disturbing display.

The growth featured in this video is likely an epidermoid cyst. This type of cyst — which is often filled with wet dead skin cells and keratin — commonly occurs on the face, neck, chest, and back.
