In a new Instagram video, Dr. Pimple Popper — aka, dermatologist and TLC host Dr. Sandra Lee, MD — pops four cysts of varying shapes, sizes, and hues. One pop in the compilation, which is set to some orchestral ballet-like music, is a cyst that comes streaming out like silly string. It's truly a party, thanks to these four removals.

“Because classical music goes well with pops,” Dr. Lee captioned the clip. I mean, sure.

The pops are strategically organized in the clip, getting progressively more knarly as the orchestral music speeds up. The first removal is actually the silly string pop, while the final is a gigantic encapsulated cyst that comes out like a quail egg.

“That damn music gave me anxiety when it sped up,” a fan commented on the video. And they aren’t wrong. This clip will make your heart race in the most disturbing, disgusting way.

The cysts featured in this video are likely all epidermoid cysts. This type of growth — which is often filled with skin cells and keratin — commonly occurs on the face, neck, and back. The insides of the cyst are often chunky, white and goopy. Thankfully, that can also be seen in two pops in this video.

On commenter, who tagged a friend, wrote, “I hope you are eating noodles when you see this.” What a fabulous pal. Another commenter accurately wrote, “Like silly string!”
