This is one clump of frosting you won’t want to eat. In a new Instagram video, Dr. Pimple Popper—aka, dermatologist and TLC host Dr. Sandra Lee, MD—pops a massive cheek cyst. The contents resemble thick and luscious buttercream frosting. How delicious?

In the clip, Dr. Lee makes an incision into the protruding cheek cyst, squeezing it with her fingers. Thick and smooth cyst contents come streaming out in a ribbon of frosting-like goop. It is frankly like a grotesque piping bag.

After the cyst is emptied, Dr. Lee removes the cyst's sac wall, which helps to greatly decreases the chance the cyst will return. The patient is then stitched up to perfection and sent on his way.

Fans have compared the pop to everything from liquid cheese to custard in the comments, all of which are mildly disturbing. Yet, you do have to admit the cyst’s contents does startlingly resemble buttercream frosting.

The cyst, which is likely an epidermoid cyst, is likely filled with a collection of dead skin cells and keratin. Epidermoid cysts like this one often occur on the face, neck and body.
