• In a recent Instagram video, Dr. Sandra Lee, MD—aka Dr. Pimple Popper—treats a patient with "an eye on the chest."
• She makes an incision and squeezes out the cyst's contents.
• Then she sees a little sac underneath, and snips it out with her scissors.

In case you missed it while you out—we don't know—having a life this weekend, Dr. Pimple Popper recently posted a cute li'l pus-filled pop to Instagram. In it, she treats a patient with a small cyst on her chest (of course, "small" is a relative term when it comes to Dr. Pimple Popper's graphic cyst removal videos).

In the caption of the Instagram video, Dr. Sandra Lee, MD—the dermatologist and TLC star behind the Dr. Pimple Popper account—refers to the growth as "an eye on the chest." After numbing the area around the growth (and the growth itself), Lee makes along the center. Then, using her fingers, she squeezes it to force the pus out. It isn't a juicy, explosive pop—if that's what you're into; it's definitely more subdued, but satisfying nonetheless.

As she squeezes, she notices something beneath the gunk. "So it's like a little sac under there," Lee says as she snips away with a pair of scissors.

"Watching her is like watching Bob Ross paint," one (very soothed) commenter wrote.

"I have no idea why I find these videos satisfying," another person said.

A third person said they never would have lasted five minutes without squeezing it, if the cyst were on their own body: "No way would that have lasted 5 mins after I seen it. How do these ppl allow things to just grow..."
