In a new Instagram video, Dr. Pimple Popper—aka dermatologist and TLC host Dr. Sandra Lee, MD—pulls a massive lipoma off of a woman’s shoulder. Sorry to ruin a favorite summer treat, but some fans are saying this one looks similar to creamy orange sherbet.

In the clip, Dr. Lee pulls the massive lipoma out through an incision. While the famed derm firmly tugs on the fatty mass, she also squeezes the growth from underneath, attempting to free it from internal structures.

“Girl, you are going to lose a couple of pounds here,” Dr. Lee tells the patient as she fights with the lipoma.

This is a stubborn one, but Dr. Lee succeeds in freeing the mass—even though it has to be removed in chunks. All that's left behind is a tiny scar.

One fan commented that the growth looks like orange sherbet, while others compared the mass to flan and the inside of a pumpkin. Another fan simply wrote, “Man, how does that come out of someone?”
