• In a new video posted Sunday, Dr. Sandra Lee, MD—aka Dr. Pimple Popper—treats a patient with a cyst on her temple.
• As Lee starts to address the cyst, she realizes it's probably bigger than it looks from the outside.
• Indeed, there's a whole lot of gunk that erupts from the cyst when Lee squeezes.

Oooh, there's nothing like a good old fashioned cyst pop! In a satisfying new Instagram video posted Sunday, Dr. Sandra Lee, MD—aka your favorite TLC star, Dr. Pimple Popper—treats a patient with a visible cyst near her temple.

"I think it's bigger than it looks like on the surface of the skin," Lee tells the patient as she pokes and prods the cyst through the incision. "Not humungous, but bigger than it looks like."

In captions that appear in the video, Lee explains that she tries not to "break a cyst too much, and remove it from the smallest hole possible."

Finally, after a fair amount of work with her tweezers, Lee is ready to squeeze this cyst to the high heavens. (Oh, the anticipation!) She goes to work on it, and a clump of pus distinctly resembling mashed potatoes blossoms from the opening in the patient's skin. With the help of some numbing agent, Lee is able to remove the cyst and stitch up the incision.

"Wowzers! What a bloomin' onion!" one commenter wrote.

"An artist at work!" another fan said. (We agree: Dr. Pimple Popper is an artist!)
