In a new YouTube video, Dr. Pimple Popper—aka dermatologist and TLC host Dr. Sandra Lee, MD—pops a bulbous cysts protruding from a patient’s upper back. And the contents look something like the ickiest spoiled milk ever.

In the clip, Dr. Lee first squeezes the cyst to drain its mushy, chunky contents. After squeezing out all she can, the famed dermatologist then uses a curette to scoop out the remaining goop. Finally, she takes a pair of surgical tweezers to the cyst’s sac, which tears and flakes. But removing all of the sac is essential, as it virtually guarantees the growth will not return. Luckily, Dr. Lee is a pro and gets everything out with ease.

“Oh, I love a good ol’ squeeze,” one fan commented on the clip. Another added, “So relaxing.” Well, that’s one way to look at it.

The growth featured in this video is likely an epidermoid cyst. This type of cyst — which is filled with wet dead skin cells and keratin — commonly occurs on the face, neck, and back. Besides often being cosmetically undesirable, epidermoid cysts can be easily irritated and tender, making removal an appealing option.
