In a new YouTube video, Dr. Pimple Popper—aka, dermatologist and TLC host Dr. Sandra Lee, MD—pops a series of buttery cysts on famed patient Momma Squishy. The pops, according to Dr. Lee, resemble buttery noodles snaking out from the festering cysts. Yummy.

In the video, Dr. Lee extracts several types of cysts, most which appear to be steatocystomas, from Momma Squishy. Steatocystomas are typically small, benign lumps that are filled with sebum, a yellowish, oily substance that helps lubricate the hair, skin, and nails, according to the National Institute of Health.

The contents of the cysts look like everything from straight-up melted butter to “linguine,” according to Dr. Lee. And you won’t believe how far down into the skin some of these cysts go. It’s truly incredible.

When Dr. Lee asks if she’s doing OK with the procedure, Momma Squishy responds, “I just wish I could see ‘em. I’m so jealous.” Dr. Pimple Popper then grabs her a mirror so Momma Squishy can watch her own excisions as they happen. That’s one dedicated popaholic.

This video is part seven (yes, seven) in a recent YouTube series by Dr. Lee documenting the many removals of Momma Squishy. The patient has also been featured in several videos dating as far back as two years, and is perhaps one of Dr. Lee's most popular patients.
