Get ready for an eye-popping removal. In a new Instagram video, Dr. Pimple Popper—aka dermatologist and TLC host Dr. Sandra Lee, MD—snips out a giant bulbous cyst from a patient’s head. And this thing looks like a massive eyeball.

In the clip, Dr. Lee makes an incision down the length of the pilar cyst. She then snips the growth from internal structures, and it easily pops it out. That’s good news for the patient, as removing a cyst in one piece greatly decreases the chance of its return.

“I feel like it’s looking at me,” one fan commented on the clip. I swear I saw it blink.

The famed dermatologist tells the patient that the skin on his head was so thin around the cyst that she’s surprised his hair growth was unaffected by the mass.

“Sometimes the hair grows very squiggly on top because [the cyst] pushes on the hair follicles,” Dr. Lee tells the patient. You learn something new every day.
