Holyyy cow, popaholics. Welcome back! For today’s daily dose of Dr. Pimple Popper, please join me in agonizing over one of the biggest lipomas I legit have EVER seen our favorite cyst whisperer, Dr. Sandra Lee, remove from someone’s body. Sure, we got the squeezing of a man’s teeny-baby belly lipomas and the poking and prodding of a woman’s 10-year-old leg lipoma, but this? This lipoma is truly a whole different beast of a bump. Are you eating rn? Because I suggest you...don’t, TBH.

On Instagram, Dr. Lee posted a quick video of her operating on her poor, poor patient’s back lipoma. As always, she posted a couple of quick snapshots to establish the size of the bump and where she will be making the incision before getting down to work. The video then jumped right into the surgery, where Dr. Lee struggled with pulling the lipoma out, because—oh yeah—it’s f*cking HUGE. The lipoma’s literally the size of a grapefruit? A whole vital organ? One of my boobs??? IDK, but I feel so distressed at the moment. Please take a look for yourself:

I just have so many questions. How did this person live with this for so long? Have they ever been able to wear collared shirts fully buttoned up? When did it start growing? And most important, DID IT HURT? Unfortunately, we may never know the answers to these questions, but the good news is that lipomas are *generally* harmless. By definition, they’re noncancerous tumors entirely made of fatty tissue and are typically caused by old age or genetics.

I hope that satisfied your appetite, but if not, check out our collection of Dr. Pimple Popper videos! If you’re in the mood for bubble tea, eggs, or cherries—don’t worry, it’s alllll here. Enjoy!
