This is one tooth removal like you've never seen before. In a new Instagram video, Dr. Pimple Popper—aka dermatologist and TLC host Dr. Sandra Lee, MD—removes a big blackhead festering on a patient’s neck. And this pop just might make you smile wide with a toothy grin.

In the quick clip, Dr Lee makes an incision into the pesky neck blackhead to give the compacted contents an avenue of escape. The famed derm then squeezes the growth, forcing out a healthy collection of tan-hued goop right before our eyes. After snipping it free, the growth is gone for good.

“That looks like part of a tooth,” the patient tells Dr. Lee. And the gunk truly does have the same hard enamel-like look and shape of a single chomper.

A blackhead is a single pore filled with dead skin and oil, which forms a black “head” when exposed to air. The lighter tan portion of this blackhead in particular is actually the same material as the black cap, only this material hasn’t been oxidized to create a black coloring. Pretty cool, huh?
