  • In a new Instagram video, Dr. Pimple Popper removes large cyst from a man’s back—and it has an absolutely gigantic sac wall.

  • The cyst's sac wall has been compared to "scrambled eggs" by some imaginative fans.

  • By fully removing the cyst's sac wall, as Dr. Lee does, one can virtually guarantee the growth will not return.

In a new Instagram video, Dr. Pimple Popper—aka, dermatologist and TLC host Dr. Sandra Lee, MD—removes large cyst from a man’s back. But the cyst's goopy contents aren't the star of this show. The cyst is encapsulated in a sac wall that is positively gigantic, and will leave your jaw dropped.

In the clip, Dr. Lee makes an incision in the center of the epidermoid cyst. Immediately, the cyst’s contents begin flowing out like a grotesque river, proving the growth is ready to go.

In the caption for the video, Dr. Lee writes that the cyst was "under a lot of pressure." That’s quickly apparent when the famed derm begins squeezing the cyst. The growth squirts contents right on Dr. Lee’s arm, causing her to shriek. After cleaning off the rouge goop, Dr. Pimple Popper fights back, completely draining the cyst of its grits-like contents.

What’s really incredible about this pop is the cyst’s sac wall, which can be seen in the video’s all-access version. The thing is downright huge, with some fans saying it resembles a large curdle of scrambled egg. Dr. Lee can be seen pulling the wall out of the incision in one massive piece. Removing the cyst’s sac wall greatly decreases the chance of this patient ever having to deal with the cyst again, which is the ultimate goal.

“Now that’s a beautiful sac,” one fan commented. Sure, that’s one way to put it.

Notably, the cyst happens to be in an area that the patient has tattooed. In the clip, you can notice Dr. Lee work to not disturb the ink — and she even stitches up the incision with the goal of lining up the tattooed lines.
