Watch Dr. Pimple Popper Pry Some Big 'Meatball' Lipomas From a Patient's Back
• Dr. Pimple Popper gets a workout prying several meatball-shaped lipomas out of a man’s back.

Another day, another pop for Dr. Sandra Lee—aka TLC’s Dr. Pimple Popper. The famous dermatologist kicked off Monday with a new Instagram video featuring one heck of a lipoma collection that she has to pry out with her own hands. This time, though, a man’s back lipoma doesn’t come as easily as a frosting cyst or scrambled egg-like growth.
In the upload, which has a longer version on her All Access website, a man lays prone on his stomach as Lee carefully cuts into his back before using a pair of surgical scissors to open up the incision wider. While you can see the lipoma — an overgrowth of fatty cells — under the man’s skin in the clip, the fatty pieces are stubborn, and Dr. Lee has to insert her fingers into the incision itself in order to begin tugging the babies free.
But despite the growths being deeply embedded into the man’s tissue, Dr. Lee explains that his lipomas are “well-behaved” and just like “having a baby” on your back. With some serious pulling and will power, she’s able to pull the multiple round lipoma bits though the tiny incision.
In quite a turn of conversation for someone pulling fatty growths from someone’s body, Dr. Lee begins chatting with a person in the room — presumably the patient’s partner — about dinner as she sews up the cut. In turn Dr. Lee fashion, she compares the round lipomas to popcorn chicken. However, according to the patient’s partner, the pair will be having meatball sandwiches for dinner, and Dr. Lee is quick to let her know that the growths aren’t too far off from the round bits of meats they’ll be shoving into bread later.
Mmm, delicious.
