  • In her latest Instagram video, Dr. Pimple Popper pops a 'lovable' lipoma from a patient.

  • A lipoma is an overgrowth of fat cells that form a growth beneath the skin.

  • This pop is so satisfying that the dermatologist shows it in slow motion.

Fans of Dr. Pimple Popper's pops may find that the viral moments are so nice, they have to view them twice. Apparently, the dermatologist feels the same way about some of her removals. In her latest Instagram video, Dr. Pimple Popper, whose real name is Dr. Sandra Lee, pops a squishy lipoma free from her patient, but it's so good that she gave fans a second look in slow motion.

The new IG video features a patient's arm lipomas. To remove the growths, the dermatologist creates an incision over the top, splitting open the skin. Next, it's the best part. Using both hands, she squeezes either side of the incision until the chicken breast-like lipoma pops right out of the skin.

Unlike some of her other removals, this smaller lipoma comes free all on its own making its emergence all the more satisfying. The dermatologist is ensuring that her Instagram followers don't miss a single detail. The video rewinds to the moment Dr. Lee begins to squeeze and slows down the footage so viewers can watch as the fatty, tissuey growth plops out of her patient's skin dangling there until the dermatologist can go back in and cut the lipoma free.
