In a new Instagram video, Dr. Pimple Popper—aka dermatologist and TLC host Dr. Sandra Lee, MD—pops out a pretty sweet pilar cyst from a patient’s head. And the sickly saccharine mass resembles a popular Halloween candy — at least according to Dr. Lee.

In the clip, Dr. Lee makes an incision across the length of the cyst. The famed dermatologist then asks the patient to push back against the pressure she applies to the mass with her two fingers. Due to the opposite forces, the cyst bursts open, leading Dr. Lee to pick out the crumbling contents with tweezers.

“You have candy corn in the back of your head,” Dr. Lee tells the patient.

After picking out some candy corn-like matter, Dr. Lee swoops in to remove the cyst’s sac. Removing the sac virtually guarantees the cyst won’t return, which is great news for the patient. And this thing is particularly huge.

One fan commented, “I would have never guessed that much contents and a massive sac was in that little bump!”
