In a new Instagram video, Dr. Pimple Popper—aka, dermatologist and TLC host Dr. Sandra Lee, MD—pops a series of blackheads hidden in a patient’s nose. According to some viewers, these pops look like delicate noodles when coiling out of the patient’s pores. You’ll have to see for yourself.

In the silent clip, Dr. Lee presses down on the patient’s nose with a comedone extractor, letting loose ribbons of gunk that has been compacted in the patient’s pores. As the “noodles” wiggle out, they are both thin and unbelievably long. This isn’t one spaghetti pop, rather a whole collection of them. It’s enough to make a pasta dinner.

One commenter referred to the gunk as “angel hair pasta.” Another simply commented, “Oh, this is so goooood.”

A blackhead is a single pore filled with dead skin and oil, which forms a black “head” when exposed to air. The white portion of a blackhead that you see in this video is actually the same material as the black cap, only this material hasn’t been oxidized to create a black coloring. Blackheads are known for commonly occurring on the nose.
