  • In her newest Instagram video, Dr. Pimple Popper extracts a dilated pore of winer from the corner of a woman's eye.

  • Dr. Pimple Popper slices the bump open with her scalpel before squeezing out what looks like a little seed.

  • The DPOW looked so old, commenters added Titanic references and quoted Rose, "It's been 84 years..."

When she's hard at work, Dr. Sandra Lee, MD, aka Dr. Pimple Popper, always keeps her eyes on the prize. The prize is usually a mystery bump or lump, and today her eyes are locked on her patient's peepers. The doc is extracting a bump located right on the corner of the woman's eye. (It's too close for comfort, folks.)

Dr. Pimple Popper has her work cut out for her, this bump looks nice and cozy. Neither the doc or her patient explain how long it's been there, but commenters suggest it's a long-time resident and that seems spot on to me.

She captioned the pop: "Keeping an eye on the prize today with a Great Dilated Pore of Winer on the Eye 👀❤️💥 #eyesontheprize #dpow #drpimplepopper"

The video jumps in with Dr. Pimple Popper squeezing away. She already created a small opening with her scalpel to reach the DPOW below the skin. The doc squeezes with her fingers and out pops a little seed or disk from the corner of her patient's eye.

One Popaholic offered a DPOW lifespan estimate: "It's been 84 years..." The Titanic reference, like this pop, is pure gold. The DPOW does look like it's been around for a while and her patient looks so much like elderly Rose in the film.

The bump is gone for good, now. That is one happy patient and super-satisfying pop.
