It's so fluffy! In a new Instagram video, Dr. Pimple Popper—aka, dermatologist and TLC host Dr. Sandra Lee, MD—pops a “fluffy,”chunky cyst from a patient’s ear area. You better get ready to flinch when some of this cyst goop flies at the camera.

In the clip, Dr. Lee makes an incision into the cyst, then pops the growth with a pinch of her fingers. Chunky, white contents slowly emerge, with some even getting some explosive range.

“There’s numbing fluid under there that makes it squirt a little,” Dr. Lee tells the patient and onlookers. Man, oh man.

Once Dr. Lee drains the pressurized cyst, she’s able to dig around for the cyst’s sac any remaining contents to make sure the cyst is gone for good.

“That’s a good fluffy one,” one commenter wrote on the post. That’s certainly a new description for one of these wicked pops.

The cyst is likely epidermoid cyst, which contain a collection of wet dead skin cells and keratin. This type of cyst can occur on the face, neck and body—and you've likely seen many around the ear area before.
