Watch Dr. Pimple Popper Pop a 'Cream Puff' Chin Cyst

This cream puff is about to blow. In a new Instagram video, Dr. Pimple Popper—aka dermatologist and TLC host Dr. Sandra Lee, MD—pops a cyst festering in a woman’s chin, which seems normal enough. But you won’t believe house much gunk comes out of this seemingly small growth.

In the clip, Dr. Lee uses a surgical punch to reach the deeply embedded cyst. She then squeezes the growth, producing chunky white contents in abundance. There’s truly so much more goop buried in this cyst than you’d originally expect.

“These are the pops I live for,” one fan commented on the clip. Another fan added the questionable three-word comment, “Cream puff explosion!”

After squeezing all the disturbing contents from the cyst, Dr. Lee goes back in to retrieve the cyst’s sac. Removing the sac virtually guarantees the growth will not return, which is good news for the patient.

The cyst featured in this video is likely an epidermoid cyst. This type of cyst contains a collection of wet dead skin cells and keratin. Epidermoid cysts often occur on the face, neck, and body.
