You ain’t never seen a pop like this. In a new Instagram video, Dr. Pimple Popper—aka, dermatologist and TLC host Dr. Sandra Lee, MD—removes a cyst that has been broken down by a man’s immune system, virtually liquifying it. And it may just remind you of a limited-edition Starbucks frappuccino.

In a two-part clip, Dr. Lee cuts open the inflamed cyst to remove its contents. Once punctured, the festering cyst's contents come flowing out, and Dr. Lee immediately knows what has happened over time.

“So we have a little cyst here that’s a little liquidy…see how parts of it are broken down,” Dr. Lee says. “It’s like chunky because of that.”

The cyst doesn’t look like Dr. Lee’s usual fare. That’s because this patient’s immune system had been breaking down the cyst, causing it to liquify. Even the cyst's sac wall is broken down into tiny, chunky pieces that have to be picked out.

In the clip, the patient asks Dr. Lee the terrifying question, “What color do I have?” Dr. Lee says the cyst is like a “strawberry chocolate swirly…from Starbucks,” struggling to remember the drink's name. That’s when an onlooker names the cyst as reminiscent to the limited-edition Vampire Frappuccino. Oh man, oh man.

The growth featured in this video is likely an epidermoid cyst, which is often filled with skin cells and keratin. Besides often being cosmetically undesirable, epidermoid cysts can be easily irritated and tender as in this case, making removal an appealing option.
